Four forms, an inbox, and a visit counter that cannot tell who you are. Here is exactly what we take, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

Who we are

Late Night Arts is a Yellow Door programme. Innov8 Global Advisory runs it and is the controller for everything on this page:

Innov8 Global Advisory
21701 Stevens Creek Blvd #1022
Cupertino, California 95015
USA

For people in Russia there is also an operator under Federal Law No. 152-FZ; its details are on the Russian version of this page. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to info@i8gl.com. That is the address for every question below.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the four forms, and only when you press the button:

Each one also records which language you were reading and which page you sent it from, so we can reply in the right one. There are no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this site; the typefaces, the photographs and the confetti are all served from this domain. Our hosting provider records what every website receives - an IP address and a browser - to serve the page and keep it up.

Anonymous page statistics. We count visits with Umami, which we run ourselves. It sets no cookies, builds no profile and cannot identify you: it records which page was opened, roughly which country from, which site sent you, and when a button or a form was used - never what you typed.

Why, and on what basis

To invite you to nights, because you asked us to. To read your proposal, memory or offer and reply to it, because you sent it. Nothing you give us is used for anything else, and nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or added to another list. The invitations list is invitations only.

Who else touches it

Two companies, both named. Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and stores each submission when you press send. Google (Google Workspace) delivers the copy that lands in our inbox at info@i8gl.com. Neither reads it for its own purposes. A memory you send is read by a person, and is published on this page only after we have confirmed with you that we may, and that any photograph is yours to give.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or take your consent back - one email to info@i8gl.com, no form to fill in. If you think we have handled something badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security, and the honest limit of it

Everything travels over an encrypted connection and sits in Netlify's and Google's systems, which are far better protected than anything we could run ourselves. What we cannot promise is that nothing will ever go wrong. If it does, and it affects you, we will tell you.

Children

Each night carries its own age guidance. This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly keep anything about anyone under 18; if you think we have, write to info@i8gl.com and it goes.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
